AGCM was hired to complete a 12,863sqft office fit up for Stantec. With the addition of a new elevator that serves three floors, we worked closely with Stantec to revive this existing space.
AGCM is working closely with The Saint John Theatre Company as Construction Manager and in this role we are working closely with EXP Architects, the lead consultant of this large project.
AGCM is currently performing the selective demolition at the job site while awaiting the design details from Kub, TUCK and MCW Maricor to move forward with the construction.
