Imperial Theatre – Marquee
AGCM was the Construction Manager on this project and responsible to demolish and build a new marquee. As a way to upgrade the marquee a new green roof system, complete with drainage, can be seen from the lobbies second floor windows. To promote their upcoming events and shows, the marquee received digital television screens that can be adjusted by the staff in real time. Working alongside EXP, we managed to create a fresh and modern design for the Theatres’ main entrance with a modern light show that still matches perfectly the historical value of this heritage building.
