AGCM completed this project as Construction Manager representing the landlord. This project was design build as per ANBL’s design specifications for newly constructed Cannabis locations. The work involved a new construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. base building of which 3,000 sq. ft. was fit-up by AGCM for the Cannabis NB location and the remaining 3000 sq. ft. was left as is for later date tenants’ occupancy. The Cannabis space had very specific HVAC, electrical, security as well as high end architectural finishes.
