As your construction managers, our project collaboration begins during the design phase or alternatively, once the design is complete.
Our responsibilities include: specifying project aims, delineating a detailed plan, budgeting, scheduling, selecting project partners, overseeing performance requirement standards, and maximizing resources efficiently through the procurement of materials, equipment, and labour. We implement various operations through careful coordination and control of planning, and we’re confident that our team has developed effective communication mechanisms for resolving conflicts if ever they arise.
As your project managers, we are the representatives for you—our client—and we manage and accomplish all project objectives on your behalf.
These objectives include: defining and communicating all project aims, ensuring that they are clear, functional, and attainable; procuring project requirements such as necessary information, written agreements, materials, equipment, and workforce; as well as managing time, budget, scope, and quality of the project concisely and effectively.
As your general contractors, Avant Garde is responsible for providing all material, equipment, and labour necessary for the completion of your project.
We hire and collaborate with specialized subcontractors with your particular project in mind, and undertake the construction process cooperatively. Our team always bring their technical knowledge, experience, and resourcefulness to the delivery of your project. AGCM is responsible for the safety and oversight of all trades hired, and we bring the highest safety standards to any jobsite and its vicinity.
