As General Contractors, AGCM was hired to completely change all exterior doors and windows, complete masonry repairs and siding replacement. The interior changes consisted of all apartment and common areas upgrades to the electrical distribution, electrical lighting, washroom and kitchen plumbing, flooring, new kitchen cabinetry, painting, wall layout modifications and new doors throughout.
