Imperial Theatre – Lobby
Originally built in 1913, this heritage property welcomed an interior lobby renovation in Summer of 2019. AGCM was engaged as construction managers by the Imperial Theatre for a modern fit up working alongside EXP. By embracing the historic architectural details of the building, contemporary finishes and elements were added to the space. Guests are now able to enjoy the new bar and lounge area on each floor with custom made benches and high quality furniture. A beautiful steel handrail and wood slat feature were added to the existing occulus centered in the lobby as well as new flooring, paint and lighting.
