Cornwall Place Apartments
AGCM was hired as a Construction Manager for the construction of this 36 unit apartment building just off of Main Street in Shediac. The building will be three levels, consisting of 12 suites per floor. There will be two barrier-free units on the main level, and the remaining 34 units will be a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom suites ranging from 750sq.ft to 900sq.ft. The suites will contain modern finishes that offer cozy living arrangements, nestled in the heart of Shediac.
