AGCM completed this project as general contractor, the work consisted of exterior upgrades and roof replacement of their recently acquired Riverview office building. It included the removal of existing facia, lighting, soffits and siding plus a complete roof replacement with facia buildout to achieve the final product. The project also encompassed the installation of new pre-finished Cape Cod wood siding as well as modernized and built out the front main entrance to add to the building’s curb appeal.
