AGCM was hired as General Contractor to complete the interior renovation of 3500 square foot space to be used as an after-school daycare facility. The new space now accommodates several different areas for activities to fit the needs of kids of ranging in age. The rear of the building is now home to a fenced in playground area with half of the area being asphalt for after school activities. A new fire alarm system throughout the space, and all adjacent tenants, will help ensure the safety of all occupants.
