AGCM were the Construction Managers of a large renovation of an existing building in downtown Moncton. This was an extensive project with major demolition and the addition of a new elevator. As part of a phasing process, we completed a new space for NBCC class rooms and offices, an elevator throughout the 3 story building with lobby and re vamping the main street entrances.

Working with existing conditions, the space received a freshly designed mechanical and electrical system to suit the layout. NBCC students and teachers that are occupying the back space of the building where they are enjoying large windows in each class rooms on the main level, new washrooms and kitchen. They can also enjoy the additional space in the basement with a bonus lounge area and more flex class rooms as required. Everything received fresh paint, flooring & millwork to complete the space. 

We worked with Thyssenkrupp to install the elevator serving the main building space. Entering the main door, visitors & tenants can enjoy a large lobby area with an elevator; a first ever for this three level building which received new flooring and painting throughout all the common areas.
