AGCM was hired as Constructions Managers to retrofit the entire 13,549 sq. ft. floor of 1234 Main Street. This raw space was completely transformed into a new office space which includes a large staff lounge, conference spaces and large common work area that helps promote a collaborative team environment approach. The modern finishes and virtual reception make this floor trendy must see design for future office spaces.
