Sherwin Williams hired AGCM as their General Contractor for the construction of their new 2,550 sq. ft. store which included a new showroom complete with simple but elegant flooring, nice linear LED suspended lighting and an open concept stockroom with a glassed manager corner office. The space also has the required accessible washroom, janitor facilities and the stockroom concrete floor was polished so it is easy to clean if there is a paint spill as they let it dry and just scrape it off (trade’s secret). We also enlarged the single backdoor to a double door with concrete pad to facilitate wood pallet size deliveries.
