Rob Clinch

Founder & CEO

A McGill university graduate, Rob’s passion for construction began when he worked as a summer student with Noranda Construction Management & Development. Over the past 16 years, Rob and his colleagues have grown into one of the most reliable and talented teams in the industry. He holds designations as a Gold Seal accredited project manager through CCA, and is LEED certified. He’s also an active member of Rotary Club in Moncton, and coaches various youth teams in his community. He and his wife, Allyson, have three daughters: Julia, Rebecca, and Emily.

Allyson Clinch

Vice President of Estimating & Pre-Construction

When projects don’t start well, they generally don’t finish well. Allyson ensures that all AGCM projects start smoothly with the help of comprehensive proposals, accurate budgets, and unwavering attention to detail. Allyson works with owners, project design teams, and municipalities to assemble design packages that are construction-ready. She had 15 years of experience as a consulting civil engineer prior to joining the AGCM team in 2012.

Joe Greer

Vice President - Projects

Joe is the senior project manager and vice president of projects for AGCM. He focuses on client-relations and relationship building—ensuring that everyone is on the same page, hopefully while laughing and having fun. He is a Gold Seal certified project manager and holds a diploma in civil engineering technology from NBCC. Joe has an upbeat personality and rallies his team accordingly; always maintaining the right attitude to get the job done.

Victor Meisner

Vice President of Finance & Administration

Victor is a CPA by trade and has always maintained a primary focus on business administration and finance management. Recently, his focus has shifted to construction, and AGCM couldn’t be happier to have him join the fun. Victor enjoys travelling and is a big-time sports fan. One weekend in Chicago, his passion for sports led him to attend a Black Hawks, Bears, and a Bulls game!

Chris Madsen

Site Superintendent

Chris joined AGCM in 2007 as a skilled labourer. Chris is an invaluable addition to the AGCM team, as he never hesitates to contribute extra time to a project and consistently goes above and beyond to exceed clients’ wishes. Chris is a level 2 certified firefighter through NBCC, a medical first responder, and has been a member of the Upham Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years. He also loves to spend time with his wife, Kristy and his son, Jack. They all love to hunt, fish, and be outdoors—anything they do, they do together!

Allan LeBlanc

Site Superintendent

As a construction leader, managing jobsites is not always an easy task. Allan values consistency, hard work, and common sense, and believes that these things are the driving force to the successful completion of a project. He plays a vital role in holding subcontractors and suppliers accountable, and clients truly appreciate Allan for his remarkable work ethic and attention to detail.

Melissa Knockwood

Project Administration

Melissa is an NBCC graduate from the office administration program and has been working in the field for over 10 years. Her focus has varied from real estate to construction, while she also has experience working with engineers and architects. At AGCM, she manages contract administration, assisting estimators and project managers on the road to project completion. Melissa loves the outdoors and enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters.

Jarvis Munn

Project Coordinator

Jarvis is another recent addition, joining the AGCM team in 2019. He graduated from NBCC’s civil engineering technology program in 2016, and has experience in both the geotechnical and civil aspects of construction. He has worked as a materials technologist, a civil technologist, and a construction supervisor. Jarvis loves spending time with his wife and kids, and can usually be found eating a slice of pizza (or four) while cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Mike MacKillop

Site Superintendent

Mike joined the AGCM team this June, as a Site Superintendent. He is a Red Seal Carpenter by trade with over 20 years experience working on commercial and residential new builds and renovations. For the past 13 years Mike has volunteered as a firefighter with Salisbury Fire & Rescue. In Mike’s spare time he enjoys camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and four children!

David Pepperdene

Site Superintendent

David joined the AGCM team this April, as a Site Superintendent. He has been working in the construction field for over 30 years and has experience in many different sectors – from residential to industrial to new builds and renovations! David will work closely with our project management team, site superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the project goes smoothly from start to finish. In David’s spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, meeting new people and most importantly, spending time with his three daughters!

Prathmesh Chavda

Project Coordinator

Prathmesh is an NBCC graduate from the Construction Management program and also has a Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering degree which he earned in India. Prathmesh began his career with AGCM as an intern during his program and joined the team in July as a Project Coordinator. As coordinator, he is responsible for coordinating with all the trades – from subcontractors to suppliers and is responsible for placing material order, ensuring project progress, creating contracts, change orders and purchase orders. Outside of work, Prathmesh loves being outside with friends – camping, hiking and cooking!
