Scotiabank
During the fall of 2018, AGCM mobilized its team to 35 Milltown to upgrade the roof and façade of the local Scotiabank. The existing old tar and gravel roof was removed down to the deck and replaced with a modified bitumen roofing system with the installation of a new roof top unit, new curbs, metal cap flashing and relocation of vent hoods. While the bank remained in operations, we managed to complete the interior work as well as the installation of new exterior fiber and metal panels.
