AGCM worked with the client as their Construction Manager for the construction of a 4 story sprinklered 62-unit apartment building. This building consists of 46 one-bedroom units with 10 of these fully accessible, 16 two-bedroom units and a 54-car space underground concrete parking. The building also includes 3 social rooms, 3 laundry rooms, garbage disposal chute at every floor and a large ground floor community room.

The wood framing was 90% panelized with Atlas including exterior walls, interior partitions, floors, roof hip ends, stairs and even the two elevator shafts with an estimated 8 weeks saved on the framing schedule. The exterior of the building boasts a combination of stone panels and vinyl siding, vinyl windows, asphalt shingle roof while the interior finishes are vinyl plank flooring with Johnsonite base, carpet tile in the hallways, rubber flooring in the stairways, stone kitchen counters, shaker panels kitchen cabinets, prefab Mirolin shower/tub units and ductless mini splits in each unit with half the condensers consolidated in alcoves built within the roof structure and the other half in the underground parking.
