Saint John Theatre Company
AGCM is working closely with The Saint John Theatre Company as Construction Manager and in this role we are working closely with EXP Architects, the lead consultant of this large project. The first phase of the work consists of the exterior masonry rehabilitation and preservation of all existing features which were installed close to 200 years ago, the roof and window replacement as well as installing new services to the building – electrical and civil. While the team on the work site are busy working at it, the client, consultants and AGCM are busy putting together the phase 2 which entails the building of a 6,000 sq.ft. addition to the backside of the building.
